all these dishes are my ah ma's (not grandma who's going china todae, is the ah ma who passed away last dec) favorite. Hakka cuisine. we call it 'liu cha' in hakka or some people call 'ham cha'. cannot buy from anywhere de hor. my cousin kris always come over on sunday to cook it when my ah ma is still around. if u wanna go on diet can eat this. cuz it's all vegetables ONLY. the soup is served in a claypot and is those dirty green creamy colour (pls see picture). i dun like to eat at all. so whenever my cousin cook tat i'll cook fried rice for myself. lol. but now my ah ma not around le i'm learning to appreciate it. i'm a hakka ok. moreover i dun get to eat it so often anymore. =(
oh. mummy also got cook black pepper crab and XO prawns. yummy.
fabian ng, who MUST HAF meat for every meal, enjoy eating too. at least that's what he told my mum. damn. i seriously think he's just trying to bluff her.

ah da and his new hairstyle. Mr botak. hahax. lemme explain.. remember his dreadlocks? it's glued to his hair. so in order to take it off, he needs to shave it. =)

Lily baked oreo cheese cake for us ytd. is nice de lor. Tat time she made a durian pudding which is super durianny. yar i noe durian pudding of cuz will had durian taste but the one she made is machiam eating real durian except tat is doesn't haf the seed and u eat it with spoon. super nice lor. oh. like the fillings of durian crepe we buy from angie the choice. ok tat's not the point. here's the oreo cheese cake.
i'm not too bad myself too. hehex. I baked brownies last nite!! is nice de lor at least all my colleagues say so hor. *BEAMS*
